Getting started with Aromatherapy

Next week, you'll spend some time in the classroom practicing Aromatherapy. Sharyn has asked that you research the oils which you'll be using in class. We're going to do this in two groups.

Weekly tasks

For those who will be in Dunedin on Thursday, we'll meet in H311 10am-12. Bring any Aromatherapy books that you might have

For those who will be outside Dunedin on Thursday
  • Open the Google document - Aromatherapy Oils. If you're logged in with your Google account, you should be able to edit it.

  • Spend a couple of hours researching the oils listed on the Google document & updating the document to include the kinds of information that are listed at the top of the page. If you've got any Aromatherapy books, use these, otherwise use web-based sources. Aromaweb is pretty good, but you might find some other useful sites.
